This policy explains what information Dragon Drones, LLC (“we”) collects through flydragondrones.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Quote requests. When you send our quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone, organization, project information and anything else you write. The form also records your internet (IP) address to help us block spam.

Emails and calls. If you contact us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can answer you and do the work you hire us for.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, prepare a quote, schedule and deliver your project, and keep business records. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Embedded videos and fonts

Pages with videos load players from Vimeo and YouTube. Those services receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads, under their own privacy policies. We use Vimeo’s “do not track” setting and YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode where available.

Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies or use advertising trackers. Embedded video players may set cookies of their own.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and project correspondence for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.
