"Heart Today, Gone Tomorrow" - Original Photography by Dragon Drones
This photo, taken from a drone in Mexico in 2017 features a lone figure strolling along a well travelled white sands beach towards a heart etched into the sand. Taken from a height of about 40 feet with a 4k resolution camera, the stark difference between the ocean and the huts are broken up by a single heart traced into the sand between them. Recognizing that the tides from the sea in the lower right corner and the wind that sways the palm trees lining the beach will eventually erase this heart, it evokes the emotion of loss while retaining some form of permanence in time.
